Criminal Justice and Organised Crime lectures will be updated for autumn 2009.

A new series on 'powerful offenders' is in process.

The 'Resources and Links' section will be discontinued as most of it is integrated into the relevant lectures

No updates to History as I don't teach this course at present. But my next book will have plenty of history in it!

Louk Hulsman 1923 - 2009

Louk Hulsman

Louk was at Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He was part of a great tradition of penal abolitionism which embraced such thinkers as Herman Bianchi and Nils Christie
